Stretching exercises with Sabine – stretching according to Aigelsreiter

Stretching promotes muscle circulation. It is used to treat muscle shortening. The stretching positions should be held for 60-100 seconds with a continuous flow of breath.

 

Every Friday:

Pilates with Sabine

Pilates is a training method that gives the body more balance and flexibility, regardless of age or physical ability. It gently improves posture, coordination, breathing, concentration and endurance. It was developed by the German Joseph Pilates (1880-1967).
