Her varied exercise programme gets your body and mind going, provides fresh motivation and shows how versatile an active holiday at Hasenauer can be.
Whether you’re a beginner or a sports enthusiast, Christina tailors each workout to your individual needs and makes sure that exercise is really fun. All activities with Christina are free of charge for our guests and part of our varied Hasenauer activity programme.


Tension in your neck? Shoulders constantly tense? Then ‘Head Over Heels’ is just right for you. We improve your posture and strengthen the often neglected muscles around your neck and shoulders. From targeted strengthening to mobilisation, stretching and relaxing self-care, everything is included. The workouts are short, effective and suitable for all fitness levels. All you need is a few minutes of your time and the willingness to do something good for yourself and your body.
