Trail and Mind Camp
Exercise meets relaxation
This sporty and active Trail & Mind Camp focuses on a balanced combination of trail running in impressive mountain scenery, technique training and regeneration. Shared outdoor experiences are complemented by relaxation and stretching sessions that strengthen body and mind and offer space to switch off.
