We all need moments when we can simply step off the gas. Yes, that includes you! Try switching to a lower gear and head for the upper floors of the Hasenauer in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. The rooftop relax area awaits on two floors, with everything you need to unwind in style: a panorama sauna world, relaxation lounge, a yoga, meditation and chill-out lounge, and the panorama terrace with a whirlpool. Then there is the incredible view, with mountains that seem close enough to touch. Try floating free and counting the clouds in our outdoor swimming pool that is heated all year round. For our younger guests, we have set up the family chill-out area at the Hasenauer, which is all about relaxing as a family.

Yes. The hotel offers seasonal wellness packages which, depending on the package, include accommodation, a gourmet half-board meal plan, wellness vouchers and access to the rooftop relaxation area. Yes, our family chill-out area. It’s open to all age groups and features beanbags, cosy loungers and a gentle infrared cabin. The outdoor pool, which is heated all year round and features a sunbathing lawn, hanging chairs and a playground, is also designed for the whole family. Children’s massages round off the family wellness programme. For some undisturbed time together, parents can make use of the rooftop relaxation area (for guests aged 16 and over).
Yes, we recommend booking in advance, as there are a limited number of treatment slots. It’s best to book your chosen treatment before you arrive or directly at reception when you check in.
The spa team offers a wide range of treatments: classic full-body massage (50 mins), sports massage (50 mins), hot stone massage (50 mins), aromatic oil massage, foot reflexology, head, face and neck massage, stress-relief massage with a mud pad, and anti-cellulite treatments. In addition, there are manicures and pedicures (with or without Shellac). There are special treatments for children: the ‘Wichtel’ massage (25 mins), the ‘Glitter Magic’ children’s manicure (25 mins) and the ‘Magic Time’ package (50 mins).
Yes, the outdoor swimming pool in the hotel garden is heated all year round — so even on cold winter days, you can relax in the warm water and enjoy the view of the snow-capped mountains.
Yes, there are several saunas available in the Panorama Sauna World, complemented by a steam room. The family chill-out area also features a gentle infrared cabin, which is suitable for children too.
The rooftop relaxation area and the hot tub on the roof terrace are open daily from 2.30 pm. The outdoor pool, which is heated all year round, and the family chill-out area are open all day.
The Rooftop Relaxation Area is an adults-only area and is open to guests aged 16 and over. For families with younger children, there is the Family Chill-out Area, which features an infrared cabin and beanbags, as well as the outdoor pool, which is heated all year round.
The rooftop relaxation area spans two levels and features: a panoramic sauna area with several saunas, a 12 m² hot tub on the 4th-floor roof terrace overlooking the Zwölferkogel, a relaxation lounge, a yoga, meditation and chill-out lounge, and the panoramic terrace. The entire complex is designed in an alpine style and offers a unique view of the Salzburg mountains.
