Our Cancellation policy
In Summer:
– Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival
– from 14 days to 7 days before arrival, 70 % of the package price will be charged
– less than 7 days before arrival 90 % of the package price will be charged
In Winter:
– Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival
– from 30 days to 7 days before arrival, 70 % of the package price will be charged
– less than 7 days before arrival 90 % of the package price will be charged
Nevertheless , we recommend that you take out travel insurance.

For everything else, the General Austrian terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply.
Price information:
- The prices quoted are in € per person and night incl. the Hasenauer full-board and all luxurious extras.
- All package prices are in € per person and include all package services.
- Single room surcharge 50%
- Prices plus overnight stay tax € 2.45 per person per night (from 15 years).
- Prices plus mobility tax € 0.50 per person per night (from 15 years).
- There is no room cleaning on Mondays.
A towel change is always possible on Mondays, no replacement service if the change is waived. - Prices for overnight stay with breakfast minus € 10 per person, per day (depending on the age of children).
- Surcharge for vegan dishes € 15,- per dish
- Single room supplement for individual occupation of a double room or a suite: surcharge € 20 to € 30 per person, per day, depending on the category.
- Joker Card for summer included.
- Pets, depending on size, € 15 per animal and night, not including food. On request only
- There may be differences from the room photos and layouts shown. This does not reduce the price.
